  • A grounding breath practice to fill your body with light and intention

  • Seated spinal rolls, twists, and shoulder mobility to warm up the spine and upper body

  • Creative wrist and side-body prep from tabletop

  • Standing kneeling lunges, hip circles, and inner thigh activation

  • Dynamic lizard and half-split flows to stretch and strengthen the hips

  • Warrior I, II, and expressive arm variations for power and grace

  • Balance challenges including Tree Pose, Half Moon, Figure Four, and Eagle

  • Goddess and Triangle for strength, shape, and sway

  • Integrated flows with core engagement and deep release

  • Back body and sacral decompression with twists, blocks, and supported bridge
