Class Description:

This deeply supportive restorative yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and receive the quiet nourishment of stillness. Using simple props and gentle guidance, Doraine creates a space for your body to release effort and settle into rest. Through a thoughtful progression of reclined postures—including heart openers, gentle twists, and legs up the wall—you’ll unwind physical tension and reconnect with your breath, your body, and the grace that comes from simply being.

You’ll Explore:

  • Gentle seated warm-up to awaken the spine and breath

  • Supported heart openers and passive backbends

  • Restful spinal twists and hip-opening variations

  • Legs-up-the-wall with optional prop support

  • A closing poem-inspired reflection to invite presence and ease

  • A spacious Shavasana to integrate and restore

Perfect for the end of your day or anytime you need to reset, this practice is a soft landing—a reminder that no effort is needed to be held in grace.
