Instructor: Stephanie

Level: All levels

Props: Blanket and 2 blocks recommended

Length: 45 minute

Class Description:

This grounding practice blends mindful movement, standing balance, and deep somatic awareness to help you reconnect with your pelvis, your breath, and your inner voice. Stephanie gently guides you through layered sequences that begin with centering breathwork and build toward functional strength and embodied choice.

You'll Explore:

  • A seated meditation centered on agency, compassion, and intentional thought

  • Supine pelvic tilts, windshield wipers, and supported bridge to awaken core and hip stability

  • Gentle twists and hip openers using blocks or props for support

  • Standing series with Chair, Crescent, and Tree Pose, emphasizing pelvic alignment and balance

  • Cross-body glute and inner thigh activation to build stability and proprioception

  • Strength-and-mobility-focused flows that explore weight shifts and mindful transitions

  • Side-lying spinal rotations and quad stretches for mobility and release

  • Shoulder openers, supported bridge variations, and Happy Baby to close with ease

  • A spacious savasana and closing reflection to anchor self-trust and presence

This practice is a beautiful invitation to explore what you’re holding, what you’re ready to release, and how choice lives in your breath, body, and movement.
