Doraine blends functional strength-building with breath-centered movement, teaching you to engage your center for both physical and emotional resilience. Throughout the practice, you’ll explore not only abdominal stability but also the “core” of who you are—your values, beliefs, and inner support system.

You’ll Explore:

  • Breath-led seated side bends, twists, and cat-cow variations

  • Gentle core activations using props in boat pose and table

  • Functional movement patterns to support everyday strength

  • Bird dogs, planks, and supine dead bugs with breath awareness

  • Mindful transitions through standing postures like Chair, Warrior II, Triangle, and lunge-based twists

  • Sphinx, locust, and prone core lifts for back-body strength

  • Seated folds and supine twists to integrate and restore

  • A guided reflection and deep rest in savasana
