  • You’ve noticed leaking, pressure, heaviness, or disconnection and don’t fully understand why

  • You’re unsure what your pelvic floor is doing or how it’s supposed to work

You’ll Learn:

1) How the pelvic floor actually works | You’ll learn how the pelvic floor supports breathing, posture, continence, sexual function, and stability — and why symptoms often show up during stress and transition.modules

2) How to build an internal map of your pelvis |Most women were never taught where things are or how they move. You’ll learn the key bony landmarks and begin developing proprioception (body awareness).

3) Why leaking happens — and what helps | You’ll understand stress vs. urge incontinence, why sneezing or jumping causes leaking, and the first supportive steps to reduce symptoms without forcing or gripping.

4) How to listen without fear | You’ll learn how to notice sensations, understand signals, and begin responding instead of reacting or ignoring.

Includes:
  • Lesson 1: Educational Foundation

  • Lesson 2: Mapping the Pelvic Floor
