Whole Self
Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy
Whole-body support for pelvic health, strength, and nervous system regulation.
Pelvic floor yoga therapy offers integrative support for women navigating pelvic floor symptoms, recovery, and life transitions. This work helps you understand what your body is asking for so you can move forward with clarity instead of fear or guessing.
When the Noise Gets Louder Than Your Own Body
There has never been more information about women’s health, yet many women feel more disconnected than ever. With so many voices offering solutions, it can start to feel like your body is the problem or that you are somehow behind or not enough. Over time, that noise makes it hard to know who to trust or how to listen inward, leaving you unsure of what your body actually needs. What’s missing is not effort or willpower, but space, context, and support to understand what your body has been trying to communicate all along.
When Your Symptoms Don’t Tell a Straightforward Story
It is hard to support a body you do not fully understand, especially when symptoms change with stress, hormones, movement, or fatigue. Many women experience pelvic floor symptoms that feel inconsistent or unpredictable, including:
leaking or heaviness
pelvic pain or persistent tension
postpartum or postsurgical disconnect
symptoms that flare with stress or across the cycle
fear around lifting, running, or returning to movement
When symptoms do not follow a clear pattern, it is easy to second guess your body, brace through movement, or avoid activity altogether. When this uncertainty continues, it can create more than physical symptoms.
Many women begin to feel disconnected from their bodies, less confident in movement, and unsure how to respond to pain or stress. When the pelvic floor feels unpredictable, anxiety and low mood often increase, especially when symptoms affect identity, sexuality, strength, or motherhood.
How Yoga Therapy Supports You
Your body isn’t broken—it’s communicating in a language you haven’t been taught yet
Yoga therapy is a complementary, non clinical approach that helps women understand how the pelvic floor, breath, and nervous system work together. Rather than replacing medical or physical therapy care, it supports integration by helping you apply what you have learned in a way your body can trust.
This work builds awareness, restores coordination, and supports nervous system regulation so movement feels safer and more predictable. Over time, this approach helps reduce fear, improve confidence, and create consistency as you return to daily activities, exercise, or recovery.
Support is offered through individual sessions, group therapy, and structured education so you can choose the level of guidance that fits your needs and pace.
How We Can Support You
We have pathways to help you on your journey.
Every body has a different starting point. Whether you need individualized support, shared practice, or structured education you can move through at your own pace, these options are designed to meet you where you are and grow with you over time.
One on One Yoga Therapy Sessions
Personalized, paced support for your specific symptoms and goals.
Private yoga therapy sessions focus on helping you understand how your pelvic floor, breath, and nervous system are working together in your body. Sessions are collaborative and educational, with time to explore what is happening, why it matters, and how to apply what you learn in daily life.
This option is well suited if you want individualized attention, deeper guidance, or support navigating recovery, chronic symptoms, or life transitions at your own pace.
Online Group Yoga Therapy Online Classes
Guided practice and nervous system support in a small group setting.
Group Yoga Therapy offers guided pelvic floor yoga therapy focused on awareness, coordination, and functional movement. Sessions support nervous system regulation while providing practical tools you can apply to everyday activities.
Classes are held twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 8:30am PT. When combined with Empower Your Core, these sessions support integration, consistency, and confidence over time.
Empower Your Core
Structured education and at-home support you can rely on.
Empower Your Core is a self-paced educational program designed to build a strong foundation in pelvic floor awareness, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation. It is especially supportive if you are already working with a provider and want clear tools to use between appointments.
Group integrative somatic coaching and group yoga therapy sessions are included to support real-time application and learning.
Meet Jeanetta
Grounded, integrative support rooted in experience
I came to this work through my own lived experience of pain and disconnection, and through nearly a decade of walking alongside women navigating pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, hormonal transitions, chronic tension, anxiety, grief, and a deep sense of disconnection from their bodies. I’ve worked with women who feel lost after birth or surgery, women living with pain that doesn’t follow clear rules, and women who look “fine” on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to trust their body again.
My background spans yoga therapy, pelvic health education, strength and conditioning, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed coaching. I’ve collaborated with physical therapists, physicians, doulas, and mental health professionals, and I’ve supported hundreds of women in learning how to work with their bodies instead of fighting them. This work is never about fixing—it’s about understanding, safety, and rebuilding trust.
In one-on-one sessions, we begin with grounding and connection, slowing down enough to listen to what your body is communicating. Through breath, body awareness, emotional inquiry, and movement, yoga therapy offers nervous-system-aware practices that quiet the noise, explore patterns and protective responses, and create space for clarity. From there, we build practical, sustainable ways to support your body in daily life,
You don’t need to push harder or get it “right.” You need support that helps your body feel heard and understood, space to practice listening, and the steady presence of someone walking alongside you as you build trust and confidence again.
Yoga Therapy as Collaborative Care
Yoga Therapy helps clients integrate clinical guidance into daily life through nervous system regulation, functional movement, and body awareness. This work complements medical and rehabilitative care by supporting confidence, pacing, and consistency between visits.
I collaborate with physical therapists, OB GYNs, surgeons, midwives, chiropractors, trainers, and wellness providers to support clients who need additional education, integration, and support as they recover.
Yoga Therapy never replaces clinical care. It extends it.
Ways to Work Together:
Additional Client Support
Yoga therapy provides structured, integrative support for patients who need assistance translating clinical recommendations into daily movement and self-management strategies. This work supports nervous system regulation, adherence, and confidence between visits, reinforcing your care plan and improving continuity during recovery.
Host a Workshop
Educational workshops use the Empower Your Core framework to provide practical, women centered education on pelvic health, hormones, and nervous system regulation. Workshops can be hosted in person or online and are designed to complement the services you already provide.
Support for Yoga Teachers & Personal Trainers
For teachers and trainers working with clients who need more individualized support than a class or program allows, yoga therapy offers a referral based option. This work supports nervous system regulation, chronic pain education, and therapeutic integration so clients can return to movement with greater confidence, without placing the responsibility of therapeutic care on you.
