Pelvic Floor | Mini Course
What this mini course is about:
This is a gentle introduction to understanding your body’s signals through the pelvic floor.
You will learn how to stop guessing, stop panicking, and start making sense of what your body is communicating.
Across these four videos, you will:
Get grounded and feel safe enough to learn
You start by naming the courage it takes to look at this part of the body and reminding women that healing happens when new knowledge meets lived experience, without shame.Build a simple map of the pelvis
You learn the key bony landmarks and how the pelvic floor sits inside the pelvis, so you can finally understand “where things are” and develop body awareness (proprioception).Understand the muscle system
You learn the deep and superficial layers of the pelvic floor, how they support continence, stability, and sexual function, and why sensation, strength, and coordination matter.
Make sense of incontinence
You learn the difference between stress and urge incontinence, why leaking often happens during sneezing, jumping, or rushing, and the first supportive steps to reduce symptoms by restoring mobility, softness, and timing.
