Between the three of us, we have over 50 years of experience teaching yoga and working with women's bodies.

This work has changed how we live, train, recover, and move through every season of life.

Soma came from that — and from years of working with women who were doing everything right and still felt off. Who needed something more specific. More honest. More useful.

We believe women deserve to understand how their bodies actually work.

We're real women. We get angry, injured, and scared. We lose our temper in traffic. We don't always get it right. But we show up anyway — arms wide open, doing our best with this one wild and precious life.
