Fix Tight Shoulders in 10 minutes (Band Routine)

Shoulder Reset: Open, Strengthen, Move

This class is designed to help you bring your shoulders back to life. We combine gentle stretching, activation, and strengthening to support full, functional movement through the upper body. Using a light resistance band, you’ll open through the chest, turn on the muscles of the back, and guide your shoulders through a range of motion that supports both mobility and stability.

This is a little bit of everything. A practice you can return to anytime you’re feeling stiff, tight, or disconnected in your upper body. Whether it’s the morning, after time in the garden, or at the end of a long day, this class meets you where you are and helps your body move with more ease.

In this class, you will explore:

• Opening through the chest and front of the shoulders

• Activating the lats and upper back for support

• Coordinating movement with breath and core connection

• Shoulder mobility in multiple directions including overhead, extension, and rotation

• Gentle strength work with a light resistance band

• Full body integration with squat, hinge, and rotational patterns

• Releasing tension through stretching and nervous system downregulation

This class is for anyone

Who feels tight, stiff, or restricted through the shoulders, chest, or upper back

Who spends time at a desk, gardening, or doing repetitive upper body work

Who wants to build strength while also improving mobility

Who is looking for a supportive, approachable way to move their body

No prior experience is needed. Move slowly, use a light band, and adjust as needed. This is not about forcing range or pushing intensity. It is about reconnecting, creating space, and helping your body feel supported again.

Come as you are, and let your shoulders move.
