Laura blends yoga philosophy with breath-led movement and accessible strength to gently awaken these energy centers and promote balance from within. You’ll move through grounding postures, intentional flows, and seated stretches that invite clarity, inner wisdom, and an open channel to the guidance that lives both within and beyond.

You’ll Explore:

  • A seated meditation to awaken awareness of the upper chakras

  • Thread-the-needle and puppy pose to clear tension and invite openness

  • Breath-centered down dogs, forward folds, and gentle neck stretches

  • Standing sequences including Tadasana, Warrior I & II, Triangle, and Reverse Warrior

  • Goddess pose and wide-legged folds to ground and integrate higher awareness

  • Restorative child’s pose and side-body stretches for calm and receptivity

  • Guided neck release, spinal twists, and a closing Shavasana to anchor connection
